Join us in this professional pastry program to create velvety chocolates that will melt like silk in your mouth!! This course focuses on students to be exposed to the diverse world of chocolates, truffles, and pralines that are mouth-wateringly delicious and are just as beautiful to look at.
You will learn how to create different kinds of flavored chocolates, the techniques for dipping and decorating truffles, make a variety of fillings including blending nuts and sugar for the perfect mini pralines. The program is taught by professional European pastry chefs who will take you through each of the techniques step-by-step from production to beautifully decorating your desserts and plating them like a pro!
This course takes 21-hours (3 days x 7 hours each) and is suitable for all skill levels. You can be a beginner looking for a start, a home chef, or a professional looking to develop your skills and passion, all are welcome!
