Master the classic croissant in this beginner-friendly culinary class!
In this private 4.5 hour program (3 consecutive sessions x 1.5 hours each), you'll learn to make croissants from scratch. Get to know tips and tricks from professional bakers and create some of the most loved and crave-worthy pastries in an easy way.
You will work with pre-made dough that the instructor has prepared to bake the goodies during the class, and learn to make your own dough that you can take home and bake with your newfound skills!

"Great instructor, very accommodating , approachable and friendly which helps you feel more engaged and confident.
Great class that was substantial and long. Group size was perfect and I really enjoyed it. My only feedback would be to do less in the class as we were making three dishes simultaneously which can get a bit confusing. "
