Anna Kan's journey of taking care of herself through natural means first started with her whole body, then her face. She had just turned 40 and needed to lose weight. She took her first yoga class and in the span of 2 years, lost not only 15 kilograms but also a lot of unneeded baggage in her head. With that milestone achieved, she decided to take a Yoga Teacher Training Course and became a qualified yoga instructor.
As Anna continued to practice yoga, she felt good about herself, both inside and out. But the weight loss affected her face. Up until then, she was no stranger to cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, and others since her early 30s). She continued to go back to her cosmetologist to improve and correct the side effects of weight loss and aging. But there came a moment when she decided she didn't want to inject anything into her face anymore and wanted to find ways of looking after herself naturally. After extensive research, she discovered many natural anti-aging techniques and exercises to choose from and realized she needed to learn from someone who knew what they were doing.
After meeting Olena Rossoshynska, the author of the "I Love Face Fitness" methodology, Anna trained with her and became a qualified practitioner. Results appeared quickly and she was often asked about the secrets of her young and healthy looks, a fitting proof of how quickly this process improved her face and posture.
