These 1-on-1 yoga classes are based on your own desired goals and needs. Pick from Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga yoga, or yoga for weight loss and strength, which the instructor specializes in. You can book either 1 session or 10, each session being one-hour long.
Classes for therapeutic yoga are also an option if you are looking for recovery after an injury.
About the instructor
Prashant Gupta is a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer from India, who moved to Dubai. He is a weight loss expert and also specializes in therapeutic yoga, with six years of experience in his field.
