In this 12-hour course, new mothers can prepare their bodies for the physical demands of labor, birth, and new motherhood in a safe environment. Gentle and guided yoga poses combined with breathing techniques primes you for labor and childbirth as yoga may lower the chance of pregnancy complications.

You need to have a doctor's letter of recommendation that you do not have any prior medical issues or constraints.
Women usually can come at any time of the pregnancy but shouldn't have any prior underlying health issues.
Materials:
- Students must bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water
