This group class is perfect for anyone looking to start their yoga journey or have tried in the past but haven't got it right or practiced it consistently. These sessions will be conducted online, so you can achieve your results from the comfort of your own home. The class is structured and carefully crafted so that you can start with the basics of yoga and progress at your own speed.
