This group yoga session caters to beginners who are looking to start their yoga practice. The class will follow a structured program that will focus on building strength, flexibility, and stamina. The session incorporates breath awareness and alignment to build mind muscle memory through safe asana practice.

Meghana Mehta is a yoga trainer from India and is RYT Yoga Alliance Certified. Her yoga classes are designed to help gain the maximum out of each session, with individual attention as every person is unique and different from the rest.
