If you’re planning a yoga routine for the first time, then it’s best to have it slow and steady.
This beginners’ yoga class will introduce you to the basic principles of yoga practices in a detailed and gentle pace. Your instructor will guide you through the poses designed to develop your body strength and flexibility. Aside from helping you maintain your health and well-being, you will also experience relief from physical discomfort and relaxation as you practice the Asanas.
Choose 5 sessions to get familiar with the routine and 10 sessions to see evident results from the practice. You can also enjoy these classes with a friend by selecting 2 persons upon booking.
