This 1-on-1 private training has 8 sessions each is 1 hour long. The classes will not only train you to make your body flexible but also involves poses that are used as therapy for various specific problems such as back pain, spondylitis, migraine, diabetes, menstrual disorder, thyroid and polycystic ovaries, arthritis, hypertension, stress, high and low blood pressure, anxiety, and osteoporosis. The classes could be also customized as kids yoga sessions or whole-family sessions that everyone in the family can attend and enjoy.
About the teachers:
The teachers are certified from India's leading Yoga school. They follow ancient Hatha yoga which is over 5000 years old. They specialize in Yoga for all lifestyle diseases.

- Pre / Post-natal Yoga
Postnatal yoga offers a lot of benefits to mothers after childbirth. Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to safe exercise that encourages fitness during pregnancy and prepares for childbirth.
- Meditation Yoga
This will help you learn to meditate, open your chakra points, reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and increase peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.
- Pranayama Yoga
Pranayama is the conscious awareness of breath: the life force that both energizes and relaxes the body. Pranayama yoga focuses on controlled breathing that enables both the rhythm of performing yoga poses and relaxing the mind for meditation.
- Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic yoga is the practice of yoga postures as a treatment to improve health conditions and reduce or alleviate structural, physiological, emotional and spiritual pain or suffering.
- Kids Yoga
This will help your kids increase their strength and flexibility through practicing age-appropriate yoga postures and movements. Yoga not only makes kids physically healthy but also increase their mindfulness and make them more observant.
A single session is also available for trial. The class can be re-booked for as many times as long as you are enjoying the routines and reaping the ultimate benefits of yoga practice.
