Want to take part in a triathlon, but only have the running and cycling down? Swimming is one of the main components of a triathlon, and there are some strong athletes who are able to run long distances easily but find it difficult to swim.
With this class, you can prepare yourself for swimming in the multisport race. Learn the proper techniques for swimming while maintaining your breath and movement to ace that race!
This class is taught by a professional and dedicated coach, Alisa, who will teach you how to build your stamina, not to get tired to easy and how to swim effortlessly without too many personal hurdles. By the end of this class, you'll be able to swim with full coordination, learn bilateral breathing and achieve an effective stroke.
Alisa recommends the following packages:
- Beginners are recommended to start with the 11-hour package (15 sessions x 45 mins) to learn swimming with full confidence and be prepared for your race.
- Intermediate and advanced swimmers can start with the 6-hour package (8 sessions x 45 mins) to advance or fine-tune their swimming skills.
* Students must wear proper swimming attire and goggles.
