Swimming can motivate a person to try out an activity that doesn't require anybody's help and in doing so it helps increase self-confidence. With the correct supervision, swimming is practically a low-risk form of hydrotherapy for people with special needs and disabilities.
Swimming or just learning to float on water relieves stress. Water is also known to reduce a person's weight on water and this helps the muscles, thereby providing a greater range of motion and coordination. Increased resistance in the water also helps build muscle tone. The sensation of the water on the body is also good for Neurological development. This private 8 sessions x 1 hour helps people of determination learn swimming and have fun while doing so.
* The student must-have swimsuit, swimming cap, & swimming goggles

* Customers can choose to book for a regular class or a dedicated class for people of determination. Class is restricted to 1 person booking as the student will be receiving the instructor's complete attention
