How Does Guided Meditation Work?
Your subconscious mind is a power plant of raw creative energy that can be harnessed and directed toward healing & self-improvement. Your coach Tanya will guide you and help you tune into your subconscious self while finding ways to remove blockages and achieve your goals in terms of your relationships, finances, and spiritual growth.
With guided meditation, you don’t need any prior experience. All that’s required is that you listen and move effortlessly to access your subconscious mind.
Choose between 3 & 6 sessions (45 minutes per session) depending on your personal needs. You can also choose the 1 session option as a trial.
* Students must have a laptop/phone/tablet with the free 'Zoom' application installed.
All sessions are valid for 60 days upon booking
8 and older
* Upon booking, you will be contacted by the instructor to provide the link to the 'Zoom' session where the class will be conducted.
* It is highly recommended that you take the session in a quiet room.
