Description:
This class is designed for female swimmers of all levels.
Students can choose between 3, 5 or 10 sessions depending on their swimming ability. Each session goes on for 1 hour. The class will be held in a covered outdoor temperature-controlled pool for your comfort.
Beginner Program Outline:

- Safe Entry & Exit into the Water
- Holding Breath & Breath Control
- Ball Float & Jellyfish Float
- Starfish Stroke
- Push & Flide
- Streamline switching
- Leg Kick
- Bicycle Stand Up
- Leg Kick Front & Back
- Scaling Leg Kick
Intermediate & Advanced Program Outline:
- Freestyle Breathing
- Freestyle Arm Movement with Bilateral Breathing
- Flipturn
- Freestyle Full Stroke
- Backstroke
- Breast Stroke
- Dolphin Kick
- Butterfly Stroke
- Full Stroke with Turn & Start
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly Stroke
Materials:
- The student needs to bring goggles, swimming cap, & swimming outfit
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 90 days upon booking
