
This class is designed for swimmers with little to no experience in the water or for experienced people who are looking to improve techniques and learn new strokes.
Students can choose between 3, 5, 10 and 20 sessions depending on their swimming ability. Each session goes on for 1 hour.
Beginners will learn the safety skills in the water and conquer the fear of swimming. Experienced swimming coaches will introduce basic concepts of stroke technique, floating, breathing, balance and water safety.
Students who have basic swimming skills will improve their swimming time and learn new strokes. The class will be held in an indoor temperature-controlled pool for your comfort.

- Safe entry and exit into the water
- Holding breath and breath control
- Ball float and jellyfish float
- Starfish stroke
- Push and slide
- Streamline switching
- Leg kick
- Bicycle stand up
- Leg kick front and back
- Scaling leg kick
Intermediate and Advanced Program Outline:
- Freestyle breathing
- Freestyle arm movement with bilateral breathing
- Flipturn
- Freestyle full stroke
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Dolphin kick
- Butterfly stroke
- Full stroke with turn and start
- Freestyle

Materials:
- The student needs to bring goggles, swimming cap, & swimming outfit

All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking
