Swimming strengthens the body, helps relax the mind, regulates breathing, stimulates circulation and helps improve lung capacity. Unlike specific weight training exercises or running, swimming benefits the upper body, torso, and legs together.
During the sessions, you will be shown the correct way of breathing and how to get rid of carbon dioxide for better endurance. You will also learn the basics of swimming, correct techniques and how to utilize your breathing to save energy. You will also focus on distance, and work on building your speed endurance to achieve ultimate results.
The instructor for this class has over 16 years of experience and as part of the National Swimming team of Egypt.
You can choose between 4 or 8 sessions depending on your learning goals. Each session has 1 hour. The class is a private 1-on-1 session taken at the comfort of your own pool.
* Students must bring Caps & goggles, swimming suit and Kick Board (Optional)
All sessions are valid for 60 days upon booking
5 and older
* Certificates of Course Completion will be given after 8 classes of Swimming
