Swimming is great and low-intensity physical workout that's perfect to fit into your busy day-to-day schedule. In these 1-hour swimming sessions, you will learn the fundamental techniques of swimming, including floating in the water, balance and the key strokes. You are guaranteed the constant supervision and support of expert coaches who will ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

You can choose 8 or 12 sessions depending on your learning goals, or even 3 session to try the class out. The swimming classes and packages can be rebooked as needed to reach the desired level of skill and learning outcomes.
