This class is designed for teens and adults with little experience or for people who are looking to improve their techniques and learn new strokes.
With these classes, the students learn important water safety information, basic concepts of stroke techniques, and feel comfortable and confident in the swimming pool. You can choose between 1 session to try out the class or 4 or 8 sessions depending on the amount of practice you would like.
The motive of this program is to teach the techniques of:
- Entering and exiting the pool
- Front and back floating
- Coordinating arm and leg movement
- Proper breathing exercises
- The student must bring a water bottle, swimming costume, and goggles.
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking
