Whether you're stepping into the swimming pool for the first time or want to improve your swimming abilities, this swimming class will focus on your particular needs!
Get all the benefits of exercise without sweat. Qualified instructors will assess your swimming abilities and customize a lesson plan for you to meet your goals.
Choose between 1 or 8 sessions. Each private class lasts 50 minutes. This class can be rebooked as many times as you want until you reach your desired goals.
What you will learn:
- Beginners will learn the fundamentals of swimming such as how to breathe properly, float, kick, and basic stroke techniques. You will learn how to coordinate your movements in the pool
- Intermediate to Advanced swimmers will develop their freestyle and backstroke skills, plus learn the advanced stroke techniques. You also learn basic endurance and safety skills to be able to swim longer distances and breathe in the pool for longer periods of time
- Students must bring a swimming costume, swimming cap and goggles
