In this private 50-minute swimming class, you will be guided by a professional swim coach who will help you hone your swimming abilities. The class is available for students of all levels; the sessions will be tailored to your level and desired goal(s). The instructor may cover the following topics:
- Water safety
- How to use their legs to kick through the water
- How to use their arm muscles to move in the water
- Breathing techniques
- Basic strokes
- How to float on their front and back
- Complex strokes (for intermediate/advanced levels)
Book for 8 sessions to monitor your progress and gain the best learning outcomes from the class. Optionally, you can book 1 session to test out the class and the instructor.
About the instructor:
Mahmoud is a swimming instructor who teaches students of all ages and levels. He creates lesson plans that cater to each student's individual needs and covers all the essential skills they need to know to swim with confidence and ease.
