If you are a swimmer and have your eye on a triathlon we are here to improve your confidence and speed for the swimming track in your race.
Covering 2000-3000 meters, each 45-minute session is designed to improve your swimming techniques, pace work, strength, and aerobic power, allowing you to swim with a confident and fast pace in your races. The training will work as a complement to your bike and run training.
This private 5-week (10 sessions) training program will help you supercharge your freestyle stroke and ensure you are fully prepared for your next competition. It is recommended to take the training at least twice a week to achieve quicker and more evident progress. If you choose to schedule one session a week, your professional instructor will assist you with the second session that you should perform on your own.
This class will focus on the following areas of improvement:
- Aerobic Swimming
- Water Swimming
- Pace work
- Swim Technique
Intermediate & Advanced
* Please bring your own swimsuit (optional: goggles, and cap)
All sessions are valid for 90 days upon booking
16 and older
* Students are required to have basic swimming skills
* Customer needs to have a swimming pool at his/her premise or preferred location
* You can also take this class together with a friend or your fellow athletes of up to 6 people (select the right number of persons before booking)
* For 3 or more participants, the duration of each session will be extended by 15 mins (total of 1 hour)
