To swim or not to swim? There's no question about it.
Not only is swimming a great addition to your workout routine, it has numerous other health benefits, including building strength and endurance, toning muscles, improving coordination, and alleviating stress. In this private class, you will learn all about water safety and swimming techniques and reap the benefits of this popular sport. You can choose between 5-hour (5 sessions x 1 hour) classes and 10-hour classes (10 sessions x 1 hour), depending on your learning requirements.
This fun-filled program follows the British ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) and ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) framework. You will learn from highly qualified coaches, who will help you or your child become great swimmers in little to no time. Coaches will tailor lesson plans based on age and skill level and classes will take place in an indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool.
