The Mindfulness Practice course is designed as a personal journey of self-discovery and awareness as well as a practical learning of what mindfulness is and how to build a sustained personal practice.
There is compelling and ever-growing evidence that shows the benefits of mindfulness on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
