What are Access Bars?

Access bars are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that blocks positive and constructive thoughts. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored in any lifetime.

Each access bar session can release limitations in the area of your life that corresponds with the specific bar being touched. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change.

When an access bars practitioner touches the bars on a person’s head, the electrical charge in the brain which holds these fabricated judgments is dispersed. Once cleared, the person becomes free to function again with clarity and awareness.

About the Instructor:

This course is facilitated by Shazia khan, a Holistic Healer and Reiki Master. Her journey into healing started with Reiki many years back after she met an inspirational master who guided her into her own light. Since then, Shazia became a reiki master herself and later started working as a full-time Reiki healer and teacher spreading the light of healing with many people.
