Chakras are energy centers in the body that regulate physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The word “chakra” originates from the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “disk.” In our body we have 7 main Chakras & each chakra corresponds to specific physical, mental and emotional functions and maintaining their balance is essential for overall harmony.
In these 8 Sessions you will experience:
- Understand the concept of chakras and their role in the body energy system.
- There will be 7 sessions for 7 Chakras separately and in each class learn how chanting, yoga and meditation work together to balance these chakras.
The seven Chakras are:
- Root Chakra - Grounding and Stability.
- Sacral Chakra - Creativity and emotional flow
- Solar Plexus Chakra - Confidence and personal power
- Heart Chakra - Love, compassion and forgiveness
- Throat Chakra - Communication and self-expression
- Third Eye Chakra - Intuition and Insight
- Crown Chakra - Spiritual connection and enlightenment
