Get ready for some fun but intense kickboxing training lessons with a private coach. Kickboxing is considered one of the most effective types of training when it comes to self-defense and body workout. Get ready for some cardio rounds and learn from a professional kickboxer how to throw and block kicks and punches the right way. At the end of your lessons, you will feel the difference by having a better stamina, body shape, flexibility, and confidence.
You can select between 1, 10 and 20 sessions (each 1 hour) and all dates, timings and your training plan will be customized towards your availability, skill level, and learning targets.
