Kickbox your way to fitness!
In this class, you'll practice the stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. You'll be practicing Japanese kickboxing which originated in the late 1950s. You will be taught by an experienced instructor in a group setting, and each session will be for a duration of 1-hour.
- Students need to wear comfortable sports clothes
