Ariel silk gymnastics - also called aerial dance - is a modern performing art suitable for any age and skill level. It focuses on acrobatic movements using two long fabrics suspended from the ceiling like a hammock. By combining acrobatics with gymnastics skills, this private 1-on-1 training results in developing your core and upper body strength and overall flexibility. All classes are taught by highly professional instructors from Europe who are specially trained in adult gymnastics coaching, safety, and techniques.
