With these private 1-hour lessons, you will build and maintain athletic abilities to nurture an active and healthy lifestyle while developing your self-confidence. An experienced trainer will customize the training according to your prior experience and learning outcomes, with intermediate and more experienced participants having the chance to better optimize their workouts.
You can choose between 8, 10 and 12 session packages. This class can be rebooked as many times as needed to reach your desired goals.
Students can choose ONE of the following fitness activities:
- Weight Management: Maintaining a healthy level of fat in the body is vital to proper bodily function. Weight gain is a common issue in today's sedentary urban lifestyles. Putting on weight may also be necessary for underweight people. These sessions will help students find the equilibrium of body fat needed for good health.
- Zumba: The classic fitness program that combines cardiovascular exercise with Latin Dance, to promote heart health, flexibility and toning your body.
- Bodybuilding: Results-focused muscle building for ordinary men and women focused on healthy, realistic and sustainable physical growth
