This class is designed to make your time effective in workouts and achieve your health and body goals. If you are spending hours in the gym and wondering how to get it all in, look no further. This fitness class will take you to new levels while teaching you to do the most effective workouts for your body type.
The class has 6 and 12 sessions with 1 hour each. You can choose any type of exercise from the following options:
- resistance training ( band + weight training)
- bodyweight training
- cardio training
- boxing fitness
* Yoga Mat, Towel, Water, Sports Shoes, Sports Wear
All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking
16 and older
