
This aquatic 1-on-1 body workout is not just safe, but also the perfect way to maintain and improve fitness level ahead of and after child delivery. Water exercises help to support the weight of your baby and thus relieving you from pain in your joints. The class incorporates appropriate cardio exercises, total body strengthening, and proper core training – with an emphasis on the muscles most important to helping you have a more comfortable pregnancy, easier labor, and faster recovery. It will also teach you how to gauge the appropriate intensity for your body, and how to modify it throughout your pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
You can select between 1, 5 or 10 sessions (each 1 hour) which are fully modifiable for all fitness levels and stages of pre- and after-pregnancy. Also, all sessions will be scheduled as per your time availability and location preferences.
