Become a new you and transform your body by getting started with pole fitness!
In this group class for beginners, you will build your confidence and strength while having fun as you learn different pole movements. After a good warm-up, you will do climbs, spins, drills, basic floor inverts, and other exercises to help you master the fundamentals of pole dancing. You will be introduced to a whole new world with enjoyable poses such as the chair, the angel, and the floater.
This class has no choreography and is more of an exercise class that places emphasis on the physical workout benefits of pole dancing.
* Students must wear leggings and knee pads
