This group class is ideal to work on your techniques. You will learn tips and tricks that'll improve your skills and help you master your inversions, hooks, and more. Your knowledge of pole dance moves will expand and you'll notice an improvement in your strength, agility, and flexibility.
This class has no choreography and is more of an exercise class that places emphasis on the physical workout benefits of pole dancing.
