It's based on the 6 original principles of concentration and intense focus, control over every aspect of every movement, centering motion over a "powerhouse" of muscles in the center of your body, efficient and elegant flow of movement, precision in every move, and deep and coordinated breathing. With these 6 guiding principles, the Pilates system offers a wide range of exercises catering to different needs and limitations of individuals.
- Twist Stretch: Training in the direction of "STRETCHING" have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, allow you to know and feel your body, improve the metabolic processes of the body, helps to cope with clamps in the muscles of the back, to open the thoracic region (important for those who have a sedentary job), to improve posture and also to make all body more flexible. - Brazilian Butt: This class focuses on toning the lower body through a variety of challenging exercises. hitting the quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs and of course glutes.
