TRX Suspension Training uses gravity plus your body weight to make workouts more challenging. If you are into fitness or have a goal of getting that perfect beach body then TRX training is a sure-fire workout.
TRX Training is excellent in particular for strengthening your core and also works on tightening up loose muscles for overall body fitness and muscle development. Since this is a private 1-on-1 class, it is suitable for both beginners who want to try out this dynamic workout and athletes who want to keep in shape.
You can choose between 1,3 or 8 sessions depending on your workout goals. Each session goes on for 1 hour.
* Students must bring sports wear and clean exercise shoes
All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking
15 and older
* Students can choose between these locations:
1) Instructors home studio - Links Tower, The Greens
2) At your premise in these areas: Marina, Internet City, Al Sufouh, the Lakes, Al Barsha, Media City, JLT, JBR, the Palm, Motor City, Sports City, Discovery Gardens, The Gardens, JVC, JVT, Jumeirah Islands and areas in that vicinity
3) Any outdoor location during the cooler months (Park or Beach)
