In this private class, you will discover healthy ways to improve your overall fitness. This program is oriented to remodel your nourishment, physical and mental habits, life dynamics, happiness levels, and it guarantees to get you in your desired body shape!
You will work closely with a professional lifestyle coach who will carefully craft your bespoke program based on your needs health conditions, pain zones, food, and workouts preferences in a motivating and joyful manner. The class consists of a unique combination of offline and online (Zoom) sessions - each session will take approximately 1.5 hours. Additionally, your coach will support you via WhatsApp mentoring, homework, a diary of achievements, audio and video materials, and exercises that last with you for your usage.
You can choose to sign up for either the 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days program depending on your needs and goals. The breakdown for each program is as follows:
- 30 days - 2 offline & 4 online sessions
- 60 days - 4 offline & 8 online sessions
- 90 days - 6 offline & 12 online sessions
Based on your chosen program, your instructor may cover the following:
- Meal & grocery, cooking planning
- Lifestyle review and re-planning, inquiry
- Extracting bad habits & seeding healthy habits
- Accountability techniques
- Time management
- Affirmations & mental exercises
- New workout routine consisting of gym workout, jogging, swimming, hobbies, yoga, meditation, pilates
- Pranayama - breathing techniques
- Students are recommended to wear comfortable clothing
