Released by Les Mills International, the licensed Bodypump™ fitness program is one of the most popular workouts with scientifically proven moves and techniques using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic step at high repetitions to build your muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness and sculpt your muscles.
Your instructor will help you choose the suitable weights and for your fitness level and the results you aspire to achieve. In addition to weightlifting, the class utilizes other effective weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
The sessions are a perfect introduction to weight training for beginners and easy to add more weight for seasoned gym-goers looking for an intense, regular training program.
This class can serve as a standalone program or as a supportive track to increase the fitness and stamina you need while practicing high energy sports like football, tennis or any other kind of sport.
