From legs and arms to chest and abs, this program will show you how to work every part of your body that can get stronger with body resistance alone.
Stretching and basic strengthening exercises can keep you active and free from tightness. Fitness involves movement, being physically active not only during the work out session but also throughout the day. You will be provided with tips to stay active and keep burning calories.
This private class is designed to help you shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, bodyweight exercises that ends with core training and stretching for a complete workout. Students can choose between 4 or 8 sessions with 1 hour each.
