Inspired by Yin yoga and specially designed for the female body, feminine stretching is a fun and energetic way to work out and get fit.
In these private sessions, you will focus on movements that open up the feminine body with special attention to promoting the health of the hips and the rib cage (the heart & lungs area). Following the 50-minute stretching routines, you will find that you are able to breathe more deeply, feel more flexible and grounded, and are physically and mentally ready for new challenges.
We recommend choosing the 4 sessions option to get the complete benefits of this focused fitness program. You can also choose the 1 session option as an introductory trial session.
