EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) is a professional highly-intense full-body workout that delivers electrical impulses directly to the muscles causing its contraction and relaxation while exercising. As a result, the training helps improve metabolism, increase muscle mass, burn fat, build endurance, tone and shape your body safely and efficiently. Each session is supported by certified EMS personal trainer.
Who is it for? This personal training session is for anyone who aims to stay fit, improve their health conditions and general wellbeing. Whether you are a mother, a busy executive, new to fitness, professional athlete, EMS training is for you.
How often should I train? This class is comprised of 6 sessions (20 minutes each). Once a week training is recommended if you are already exercising regularly, as complementary training to your existing fitness program. On the other hand, 2-3 times per week is recommended if you are not exercising on a daily basis and want to get back in shape. It can be done as your only training program.
