Fitness is a state of health and well being which includes having good performance in our daily activities and sports and just generally feeling good and being active, energetic every day.
This 1-hour private class will help you improve your overall fitness and health. With the support of a fitness and nutrition expert, you will learn about the importance of having a balanced diet and getting sufficient rest or sleep to maintain a healthy body and mind. Your instructor will also guide you through a workout routine that will keep your fitness in check. In addition to nutrition advice and physical training, you will also note down your measurements and take pictures throughout the process to monitor your progress over time.
This class is safe and suitable for students of all levels; no prior experience is required whatsoever. The instructor will tailor the lessons according to your ability and goal.
You can book for 5 or 10 sessions depending on your needs and goals. Alternatively, you can book 1 session to test out the class before committing to more sessions.
About the instructor:
Native to Hungary and with an athletic background spanning over 15 years, Szabina is a professional fencer, personal trainer, and nutrition expert. She has 5 years of coaching experience and has successfully trained kids and adults for over 7 years. Her expertise lies in her ability to help people get into shape with resistance training in a safe and effective way. She teaches her clients how to reach their health goals as well as how to recover from injuries through the correct exercises and diet.
As a fencer, Szabina has represented the Hungarian National Sabre fencing team for 8 years in national and international competitions including the European and World Championships. Her experience has strengthened her knowledge in both fencing and fitness, which has encouraged her to inspire others to try their hand in fencing as well as help them with their fitness journey.
