Noor is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. She started my yoga journey over 6 years ago and believes that yoga has something for everyone whether it's physical, emotional or mental.

Yoga benefits in physical ways like improves flexibility, balance, builds strength and helps manage chronic pain. Mentally, yoga improves your focus, memory and overall mental health. Emotionally, yoga improves mood, helps you stay positive and calm, and manages stress and anxiety.
