Yoga has helped Miriam through very tough and stressful times & has become her savior and her passion over the years.

Therefore she is always sharing from her own experience, from the heart. It is her priority to make every student feel welcome and to hold a safe space for them to focus on their practice and allow them to be themselves without any judgment.

Through the movement of the body, pranayama & meditation, her goal is to have her students leave each class feeling inspired, refreshed & renewed.
