Fadia is an experienced Lebanese chef who's been living in Dubai for over 30 years. She is a professional caterer for professional and private dinners and parties for over 25 years, serving up to 100 persons at her events.
Besides the classic Lebanese cuisine, she specializes in the traditional cuisine of all Levant countries & international such as Jordanian, Syria, and Italian. Having lived in the UAE for so long, she's also mastered a nice selection of Emirati dishes.
Fadia's true passion comes out in desserts - she's been a private pastry chef for over 20 years making everything from your classic desserts like Eclair and Carrot Cake to specialty desserts like Date Cheesecake.

"Fadia is an authentic well-rounded chef and instructor. She is knowledgeable, kind, and prepared. I felt very comfortable in her home during the cooking class. At the end of the experience we were able to take the food we cooked, back to our hotel room and enjoy it for the next few days. Our authentic Lebanese experience continued through our entire trip this way. The food was incredible."
