Fadia's Kitchen
Fadia is an experienced Lebanese chef who's been living in Dubai for over 30 years. She is a professional caterer for professional and private dinners and parties for over 25 years, serving up to 100 persons at her events.
Besides the classic Lebanese cuisine, she specializes in the traditional cuisine of all Levant countries & international such as Jordanian, Syria, and Italian. Having lived in the UAE for so long, she's also mastered a nice selection of Emirati dishes.
Fadia's true passion comes out in desserts - she's been a private pastry chef for over 20 years making everything from your classic desserts like Eclair and Carrot Cake to specialty desserts like Date Cheesecake.

"This was such a great experience! The instructor coordinated in advance with us to create a personalised set of desserts to make. It was such a treat to learn about the different ingredients and all the “insider tips” on how to prepare the dishes. We left feeling full, happy and very warmly welcomed!"
