Learn how to prepare and cook sumptuous Lebanese dishes in this hands-on and fun cooking lesson in the comfort of your home kitchen! This private class of 3-hours is flexible and the lessons are customized according to your skill level, so even those with no prior cooking experience can take this class. You will learn to cook a two-course meal from the menu below, with your personal choice of two starters and one main dish.
The instructor Fadia Mkarem is an experienced Lebanese chef who specializes in traditional and international cuisines. She is passionate about desserts, being a private pastry chef for over 20 years. Upon booking, you will be contacted by the instructor to set your menu and schedule for your class.
Lebanese Cuisine Menu:
- Choose any 2 Starters: Tabouli, Fatoush, Rocca Salad, Hummos, Baba Ghanooj, Eggplant Salad, Spicy Potato, Yellow Lentil Soup, Lentil Chard Soup
- Choose 1 Main Dish: Kebbi tray in the oven, Makloubi, Fattet Makdoos, Dawood Basha (Meatballs), Kussa b Laban, Roast Lamb with Rice, Fattet hummus, Flat Green Beans with tomato
