Chichi teaches Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with meditation in a gentle approach, with classes that embrace the interconnectedness of body, mind, breath, and soul.

She initially pursued yoga as a physical practice and continued on her path to get deeper in it. Rachita committed herself to complete the 200-hour level Yoga teacher training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga, 40-hour meditation teacher training, and 50-hour Yin teacher training and also got certified as a Reiki healer.

She believes that she will always be a student of practice, as she continues to study and improve her knowledge of yoga and anatomy of the body.
