Start your kid's journey to a healthier lifestyle with this yoga for kids class! Introducing your kids to yoga at an early age helps them improve their concentration, memory, sleep and self-esteem. It can give them a sense of accomplishment when they master a yoga posture.
In this private 50 minute class, kids will learn from a qualified instructor. Whether your kid has no experience in yoga or knows the basic yoga poses, anyone is invited to join this class. The instructor will teach postures that promote strength, flexibility and coordination. She'll also include age-appropriate games, animal sounds and creative names for poses for your kid to have even more fun!
Each lesson is customized according to your kid's ability to ensure that they're comfortable and happy. You can choose between 1, 5 and 10 sessions depending on how much you want your kid to learn. You can rebook the classes as many times as you want until your kid reaches their desired level.
