Get your kids ready for an exciting round of ping-pong!
Maybe your child is looking for a new fun hobby or is already an experienced player wishing to further improve their skills or train for an upcoming competition. Table tennis is also an active sport that provides a great cardio workout while improving coordination, flexibility and mental focus. In this class, they will learn table tennis with 1-on-1 coaching from professional and certified instructors who will help them master the game and play with confidence!
This class can be taken for 1 hour sessions by 1 person or by 2 half-hour sessions by 2 people who wish to share a training timeslot. All lessons will be customized to your child's skill level and will focus on the areas they need to improve.
Beginners will learn:
- Introduction to the Sport
- Rules & Fundamentals
- Basic Strokes
Experienced players will learn:
- Advanced Strokes
- Offensive, Defensive and Aggressive Playing Techniques
- Game Planning & Strategy
- Ping-pong paddles and balls will be provided for use at the center
All sessions are valid for 60 days upon booking
7 - 17 years old
