Whether your kids have never tried swimming before, have a fear of water or seek advanced swim training to complete a competition, Alisa will create a tailored-made swimming program and teach them based on their individual needs in these private classes!
The facility has a temperature-controlled swimming pool, plus they can enjoy the in-house gym and sauna to refresh and de-stress their mind and body! Private swim lessons are the most effective way to learn swimming and become confident in the water for a lifetime.
Alisa recommends the following packages (suitable for adults & kids aged 10+):
- Beginners are recommended to start with the 11-hour package (15 sessions x 45 mins) to learn swimming with full confidence and in any environment
- Intermediate and advanced swimmers can start with the 6-hour package (8 sessions x 45 mins) to advance or fine-tune their swimming skills.
Regardless if your kids are beginners or experienced swimmers, Alisa will conduct a short assessment of their swimming abilities during the first session and customize their training/lesson plan accordingly.
About the instructor:
Alisa is a professional swimming instructor who graduated from Moscow Swimming Academy. She is a certified trainer with Swim America Certification for beginners and intermediate swimmers. Alisa creates and teaches tailored-made swimming programs based on individual needs.
Materials:
- Students must wear proper swimming attire and goggles. Training equipment will be provided by the instructor
