Dive deep into the exciting sport of swimming! Swimming provides endless lifelong benefits - it can improve your overall fitness, build endurance and boost your confidence both in and out of the pool. It is also a great way to de-stress after a long day of work and errands!
In this 8-hour group swimming class (8 sessions x 1 hour), you will be guided by a professional swim coach who will help you hone your swimming abilities. The class is available for students of all levels. The instructor may cover the following topics:
- Water safety
- How to use their legs to kick through the water
- How to use their arm muscles to move in the water
- Breathing techniques
- Basic strokes
- How to float on their front and back
- Complex strokes (for intermediate/advanced levels)
The class can be rebooked to monitor your progress and gain the best learning outcomes from the class.
- Students must have their own swimsuit, swim cap & goggles
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking
