Swimming is a great way for kids to stay fit and motivate them to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. This fun swimming class is apt for kids who are new to the sport or kids who are returning to the pool to learn some new strokes.
Since this class is aimed at children, all the sessions come with important safety skills. This class will work to help conquer their fear of swimming and introduce basic concepts of stroke technique and water safety. The coach will make kids very comfortable in the water and help them gain swimming endurance, and improve their speed.
Training program includes:
- Educating about water safety knowledge and practicing it
- Teaching fundamental swimming skills to beginners
- Enhancing swimming skills, fitness level, and endurance
- Mastering strokes and sprint swimming techniques
* Students must bring swimsuit, swim cap and goggles
All sessions are valid for 75 days upon booking
